I am so happy with my choice to use Carrattini Boiler and Furnace Repair. As new home owners the last thing you want to find is that the inspector didn't do his job and passed your 30 year old heating system when in reality it didn't work properly at all. Angel came over inspected the system and took extra time to ensure we had all zones heating. Called again because a few weeks later the system wouldn't start. He was able to work his magic and get it going again. We discussed replacing the system. After getting additional quotes that were significantly higher, and because of Angel's thorough explanations of what was needed and why, beyond the boiler itself (piping, valves, correcting problems that were not up to code) we choose Carattini. This company is 100% about providing good customer service and was able to keep the cost very reasonable. Our home is toasty warm and we are so relieved to not have to worry about losing heat in the winter. I highly recommend Carattini and once you choose them you will too!!
